The StateCareAndMore.euTeam currently consists of Ivan Mifsud, Professor Kevin Aquilina, Chris Soler, and Brian Camilleri.

Ivan, a lawyer by profession, holds a Ph.D in Administrative Law. The title of his Ph.D dissertation is The State's Duty to Care when Acting in an Administrative Capacity. He has more than ten years work experience with the Office of the Parliamentary Ombudsman in Malta. He is also the Chairman of the Prison Board of Visitors (which monitors the Prison in Malta and ensures that it is up to internationally accepted standards). Since October 2010, Ivan has joined the University of Malta as a Senior Visiting Lecturer.

Professor Kevin Aquilina, also a lawyer and Ph.D holder, is Head of Department of Media, Communications and Technology Law at the Faculty of Laws, University of Malta. He has a keen interest in Constitutional, Administrative and Human Rights Law. He lectures on Development Planning Law, Public Corporations, Biolaw, Public International Law and European Environmental Law. Professor Aquilina has published various works, both in Malta and overseas.

Chris, a lawyer by profession, holds a Master of Laws with distinction in International Criminal Law from the University of Sussex, and a Master of Arts in Contemporary European Studies from the same University. He currently occupies the post of Director of Legal Services at the University of Malta, where he also lectures International Criminal Law. He has a keen interest in Human Rights Law, and has practised uninterruptedly in this field, succeeding in various applications before Malta's Constitutional Court and before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. He was defense lawyer (counsel) in various extradition proceedings, in international criminal cases, and in three trials by jury. In the landmark criminal case Ir-Repubblika ta' Malta versus Carmel Decelis et., wherein for the first time in Maltese legal history a whole family was on trial for murder by omission, his client Carmel Decelis was found not guilty of wilful homicide, unlike the other accused persons.

Brian is an IT expert with his own private company, based in Liechtenstein (CIT Camilleri Information Technology). He has more than fifteen years experience in the field of I.T. and offers hardware and software solutions.
